I am really feeling proud & happy to share Pixelmator template file for iOS 7 App Icon.
iOS 7 App Icon template utilises new grid system introduced by Jonathan Ive with introduction with next generation of iOS 7.
This Template uses ‘Pixelmator Shapes’
Template is originally handcrafted with new Pixelmator shapes.
As shown below ‘Layers Palette’ is well named denoting sizes of every layer shapes, It will help you to design your own icon using this vary template
I was wondering why there is no template file available on web with .pxm (Pixelmator) file type so I made my self & made available to all designers through my website.

Thanks! You would think there would be a layered Photoshop one out there too… But I will take Pixelmator over that any day.
Double-clicking doesn’t open it on macOS Sierra. It just replaces the original file with a *.cpgz file.
